Avocado and Tomato Salad

Avacado & Tomato Salad is a perfect option to replace your major meals with a healthy salad bowl drenching in taste & nutrition. Here is a delicious and nutritious recipe for an avocado and tomato salad:


  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber chopped
  • 1/2 cup boiled corns
  • 1/4 cup boiled rajma
  • 1 spoon chopped jalepenos
  • 1 tbsp virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon squeezed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps to make Avacado & Tomato Salad:

  1. In a large bowl, gently combine the diced avocado, cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, corns, rajma and jalepenos.
  2. Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Your salad dressing is ready.
  3. Pour the dressing over the avocado and tomato mixture and toss gently to coat.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped fresh basil over the top.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
