- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 spoon chopped jalepenos
- 1 tbsp virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon squeezed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps to make Avacado & Tomato Salad:
- In a large bowl, gently combine the diced avocado, cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, corns, rajma and jalepenos.
