  • 1 cup rolled/any sort of plain oats. 
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  •  250 ml almond milk/ toned milk
  • 1 cup flavoured yogurt 
  • 1 tsp honey 
  • Chopped banana & strawberries
  • Almond flakes 

Steps to make Overnight Strawberry & Banana Oats:

  • In a glass jar, add oats, chia seeds and milk. Mix them well. 
  • Layer it up with yogurt and drizzle some honey. 
  • Cover it and store it in refrigerator overnight.
  • Top it up with your favourite fruits and almond flakes.
  • Consume immediately.
