Myth 1: People with Diabetes should completely avoid carbs

Fact: Some herbs and food definitely help in regulating sugar levels, but there is no magic herb or spice, or food that can cure diabetes. The biggest misconception is about the ayurvedic medicines, or some herb powders sold in the market using this as a marketing strategy. Type 1 Diabetes is not curable till now with ongoing research. Wherein in cases of early detection of Type 2 Diabetes, it is reversible with major lifestyle changes including a healthy diet along with exercise under doctor supervision.
