BAJRA CHEELA

Bajra Cheela is perfect option for the ones dealing with Diabetes and PCOS. A go-to tiffin recipe and a great GLUTEN-FREE option to add on.

Ingredients:

  1. 4 tbsp bajra flour.
  2. 1 tbsp semolina flour (optional).
  3. 1/2 yellow bell pepper (finely chopped).
  4. 1/2 red bell pepper (finely chopped).
  5. 1/2 capsicum (finely chopped).
  6. 1 medium-sized onion (finely chopped).
  7. 1 carrot (finely chopped)
  8. 2 tbsp curd.
  9. Roasted sesame seeds (to sprinkle).

Method for Bajra Cheela:

  1. In a deep bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well. Keep the batter aside for 10 minutes.
  2. On a non-stick pan, spread the batter and let it get cooked for one side, till then spread some oil evenly.
  3. Flip the chila to the other side, cook well, and serve immediately with fresh coriander chutney.
