Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp bajra flour.
- 1 tbsp semolina flour (optional).
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (finely chopped).
- 1/2 red bell pepper (finely chopped).
- 1/2 capsicum (finely chopped).
- 1 medium-sized onion (finely chopped).
- 1 carrot (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp curd.
- Roasted sesame seeds (to sprinkle).
Method for Bajra Cheela:
- In a deep bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well. Keep the batter aside for 10 minutes.
- On a non-stick pan, spread the batter and let it get cooked for one side, till then spread some oil evenly.
- Flip the chila to the other side, cook well, and serve immediately with fresh coriander chutney.
