Ingredients:
- 1 medium mango, chopped
- 1 cup boiled chana
- 1 cup red & yellow bell peppers, chopped
- ½ onion, chopped
- ½ cucumber, chopped
For Mango & Chickpea Salad Dressing:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
Steps:
- Dressing: Heat oil in a tadka pan, add cumin, fennel seeds, coriander powder and let it splitter. Let it cool down. In a glass bowl, add this oil tempering, lemon, and honey. Mix this well.
- In a bowl add chopped vegetables, chopped mango and boiled chickpeas. Drizzle the dressing prepared, and mix it well.
- Keep it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and relish!
